Salisbury Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes

These meatballs used really basic ingredients, thus making it really simple to make. The sauce is also really easy. I served them with mashed potatoes. Well, meatballs and mash are just like best friends since birth. You need that mash to soak up all that gravy and nothing is more satisfying than a bowl of creamy mashed potatoes with delicious gravy. I also steamed some broccoli to serve it by the side.

For The Meatballs:
  • 500g ground beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (I used Panko)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
